Separate bathrooms for convenience, large balcony with seating, spacious kitchen with sliding door.
Inadequate hot water for multiple guests!!! Poor sound insulation amplifies noise from neighboring rooms!!! Misleading information regarding tourist fees adds unnecessary confusion!!! Parking is insufficient for the number of guests!!! Temperature control issues lead to uncomfortable nights!!!

good stay but minor discomforts
The room was spacious and very neat, making my stay comfortable. I especially appreciated the stunning mountain view from the balcony, which made breakfast even more enjoyable. Also, the breakfast spread had a great variety of delicious options that exceeded my expectations.
The lack of air conditioning made some warm nights a bit uncomfortable.

The breakfast spread was fantastic, and I loved that the rooms were clean and spacious, making my stay super comfy. I enjoyed some time unwinding at the wellness center and appreciated having the nice garden space to relax in. The lack of air conditioning could be a bit uncomfortable during warm nights, but overall, it didn’t take away from my experience. 😊

the location of the alpenresidenz buchenhoehe was decent, though they clearly don’t believe in customer service. When we arrived, I was met with insufficient lighting in the room, and when I inquired about an upgrade, the receptionist simply shrugged. I woudl ve been better off camping.

The family suite was spacious, perfectly designed for our needs with a double bunk bed and a double-sized bed below. Breakfast offered was adequate, providing just enough to fuel our adventures. The location was stunning, positioned at the end of a winding mountain road with breathtaking views, but I found some staff unhelpful when addressing room issues. The cleaning crew was exceptional, attending to our needs promptly, but the reception's cold demeanor was disappointing.
